Your 3 Choices for Treating Cellulite

Cellulite is a pesky problem that most women have to contend with, and no women really wants to deal with. Thankfully there are some break though treatment procedures and topical cellulite firming lotions helping you deal with the visual effects, known as dimples, from cellulite.

What are your treatment options

There are two popular cellulite treatments done through out North America. One is Endermologie®, the second is mesotherapy. Both have been shown to produce results, but one Endermologie® has been recognized by the FDA as a viable treatment option to temporarily reduce the appearance of cellulite dimples.

Mesotherapy

Also known as micro injections mesothreapy uses small needles to inject nutrients below the skin. The process is supposed to reduce the amount of fat below the skin and in turn hide the look of cellulite dimples on your legs.

Does the process work? I’d say so based on the number of clinics that keep opening around the United States. There are some side effects such as slight bruising and a burning sensation during the injections, but most women can deal with that if it reduces their cellulite.

Endermologie®

Administered by a trained professional on an Endermologie® machine this treatment massages and pulls the skin. The machine uses two rollers and slight suction to pull the skin up and stretch the connective tissues. This stretching causes the skin to look firmer and hide cellulite dimples. The process can feel a bit painful but afterwards there is less sensation then with Mesothreapy.

Both treatment procedures can run you $75 to $100 per session and multiple sessions are required.

Cellulite Treatment Creams

Anti cellulite creams are catching on as many women’s first alternative to reduce the look of cellulite on their body. While the success stories of other treatment procedures aren’t there to support the claims made by cellulite lotions it doesn’t stop women from trying them.

Most products are all natural and cosmetic in nature so there is no need for prescription and they are not regulated by the FDA. If you choose to test cellulite creams I would suggest ensuring you try one with proven key ingredients and offers a refund policy. This will ensure that if you don’t get the results you expect you can request a refund.
